που επιγχειρείται υπογείως έτσι ωστε
ΟΛΟΙ ΟΙ ΓΗΓΕΝΕΙΣ ΕΥΡΩΠΑΙΟΙ ΠΟΛΙΤΕΣ

να αντικατασταθούν απο ΝΕΟΥΣ ΠΟΛΙΤΕΣ.
